Under His Wings

Touching the lives of the terror victims in the Land of Israel in financial and practical ways.

Christian Friends of Israel desires to be a "light in the darkness" to many lives in Israel--lives where people have had their families forever torn apart and where surviving victims are often scarred physically and emotionally for the rest of their lives. These people are often in the news media for a day or two but months and years later they are often forgotten among the general population. Living with the memories of those horrible and tragic moments, they are depressed, emotionally distraught and feeling forgotten. - More ...

Open Gates

Assisting new Russian immigrants.

Project Open Gates serves new Israeli immigrants in their first year. Many arrive at the border of Israel not knowing what lies ahead of them but their determination to build a new life is strong. While immigration into Israel from the former Soviet Union (FSU) has somewhat decreased, immigration is increasing from other parts of the world, such as Argentina, Uruguay, France and Iran. - More ...

Hope For The Future

Reaching out to the Ethiopian Jewish Community

The Ethiopian Jewish community is an often forgotten group that faces a lot of difficulties adjusting to Israeli society. With the help of Christians around the world, CFI is able to provide financial and practical assistance to needy Ethiopian families, many of whom are unable to meet even the basic needs of their children and households. In addition, CFI contributes financial support towards medical bills of immigrant youth, and supplies children with backpacks filled with school supplies. Makor Hatikva

A small school in the centre of Jerusalem

39 children aged between 3 and 12 representing 27 families, 13 congregations, 11 nationalities and 9 languages spend five days a week at school at Makor Hatikva in the centre of Jerusalem. All are from families of believers in Messiah Yeshua who are seeking to bring up the children to love, honour and obey Yeshua in every aspect of their lives. Many of the children are Jewish, but Jewish and Gentile children here are together in one family. The school receives no funding from the state so all finance comes from what parents are able to pay and from donations from friends in Israel and worldwide. - More ...

Love Without Borders

Outreach ministry to refugees

This ministry was begun by Brother S, a Palestinian who turned to Jesus from Islam and was persecuted and imprisoned as a result. He escaped from prison during an Israeli anti-terrorism operation in 2002, and was given refuge in Israel. Shevet Achim

Opening the doors of Israeli hospitals to our neighbors' dying children.

Medical facilities in Israel are among the world's finest, yet kilometers away Arab children are dying for lack of care. This is particularly true for the hundreds born each year with congenital heart defects. Open-heart surgery can give most of these dying children a normal life, yet it is unavailable or inaccessible in their own areas. Israeli doctors and hospitals are willing to rescue these children, and in most cases bear a majority of the expense themselves. Our role is to find the children, transport them to Israel, and provide financial support as needed. - More ...
