We support projects that are administered by the CFI Jerusalem Office and Distribution Centre. This video provides a very brief introduction to some of them, but does not include the Emergency Aid project. That project is now first in the list below.
We also support a school for the children of believers, the pro-life work in Israel, and several projects to help Palestinian babies and families. You can easily direct your donation to any one of projects listed below.
Relief During Times of Emergency
This fund is devoted to relief in emergency situations. The CFI Jerusalem Distribution Centre needs your sponsorship to be able to respond rapidly to emergencies in Israel as they arise. Since the renewal of fighting with the Islamic Republic of Iran, on 28th February 2026, Israel has been in an emergency situation again due to incoming missiles and drones. Some Israelis have been killed, more have been injured, most have suffered significant trauma, and there has been damage to properties.

Opening the doors of Israeli hospitals to our neighbours` dying children.
Medical facilities in Israel are among the world`s finest, yet kilometres away Arab children are dying for lack of care. This is particularly true for the hundreds born each year with congenital heart defects. Open-heart surgery can give most of these dying children a normal life, yet it is unavailable or inaccessible in their own areas.
Israeli doctors and hospitals are willing to rescue these children, and in most cases bear a majority of the expense themselves. Our role is to find the children, transport them to Israel, and provide financial support as needed.

Christian Friends of Israel desires to be a "light in the darkness" to many lives in Israel – lives where people have had their families forever torn apart and where surviving victims are often scarred physically and emotionally for the rest of their lives. These people are often in the news media for a day or two, but months and years later they are often forgotten among the general population. Living with the memories of those horrible and tragic moments, they are depressed, emotionally distraught and feeling forgotten.

A growing school in the centre of Jerusalem
Makor Hatikvah School provides education for over 130 students from Messianic families who come from different areas and backgrounds. The school serves grades 1-9 and includes all the core subjects as well as art, music, technology and New Testament classes. The school day begins each morning with prayer, worship and scripture reading before the students disperse to their classes.

Reaching out to the victims of rocket and drone attacks
No government in the world should be condemned for defending its civilians from rocket and drone attacks. For many years the communities of southern Israel have been under repeated attack by rockets fired from the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip. But since 7th October 2023, that has expanded to all of Israel experiencing attacks from Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and the Islamic regime in Iran.
