Projects in Israel

We support projects that are administered by the CFI Jerusalem Office and Distribution Centre. This video provides a very brief introduction to some of them, but does not include the Emergency Aid project for Israelis displaced by the war with Hamas. That project is now first in the list below.

We also support a school for the children of believers, the pro-life work in Israel, and several projects to help Palestinian babies and families. You can easily direct your donation to any one of projects listed below.

Emergency Aid for Israel

Relief During Times of Emergency

This fund is devoted to relief in emergency situations. The CFI Jerusalem Distribution Centre needs your sponsorship to be able to respond rapidly to emergencies in Israel as they arise. Currently there is a great need to support around 200,000 Israelis displaced from their homes due to the fighting with Hamas in the south and Hezbollah in the north.

Wall of Prayer

Links the nations to Israel in Prayer.

"I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent, and give him no rest till he establishes and till he makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth." (Isaiah 62:6-7)

Shevet Achim

Opening the doors of Israeli hospitals to our neighbours` dying children.

Medical facilities in Israel are among the world`s finest, yet kilometres away Arab children are dying for lack of care. This is particularly true for the hundreds born each year with congenital heart defects. Open-heart surgery can give most of these dying children a normal life, yet it is unavailable or inaccessible in their own areas.

Israeli doctors and hospitals are willing to rescue these children, and in most cases bear a majority of the expense themselves. Our role is to find the children, transport them to Israel, and provide financial support as needed.

Under His Wings

Project Under His Wings exists to reach out to terror and trauma victims with comfort and compassion through one-on-one visitations and various practical and financial gifts.

Christian Friends of Israel desires to be a "light in the darkness" to many lives in Israel – lives where people have had their families forever torn apart and where surviving victims are often scarred physically and emotionally for the rest of their lives. These people are often in the news media for a day or two, but months and years later they are often forgotten among the general population. Living with the memories of those horrible and tragic moments, they are depressed, emotionally distraught and feeling forgotten.

Helping needy Holocaust survivors with financial aid and Christian love

Makor Hatikva

A small school in the centre of Jerusalem

39 children aged between 3 and 12 representing 27 families, 13 congregations, 11 nationalities and 9 languages spend five days a week at school at Makor Hatikva in the centre of Jerusalem. All are from families of believers in Messiah Yeshua who are seeking to bring up the children to love, honour and obey Yeshua in every aspect of their lives. Many of the children are Jewish, but Jewish and Gentile children here are together in one family. The school receives no funding from the state so all finance comes from what parents are able to pay and from donations from friends in Israel and worldwide.

Project First Fruits

Providing financial assistance and encouragement to local Believers in the Land of Israel.

First Fruits was always a religious offering of the first agricultural produce of a harvest. In Greek, Roman, Hebrew and Christian faiths, first fruits were offered to either the Temple or the Church. It was often a primary source of income to encourage spiritual leadership. In classical Athens much of the agricultural offering was sold by the temple with the proceeds being used to pay for the daily upkeep of the temple complexMore ...
