Relief During Times of Emergency
This fund is devoted to relief in emergency situations. The CFI Jerusalem Distribution Centre needs your sponsorship to be able to respond rapidly to emergencies in Israel as they arise. At the start of February 2026, there is no current emergency, although the situation is very tense as everyone waits to see what happens between the USA and Iran.
In recent years this fund has been used to:
(1) support around 200,000 Israelis who were displaced from their homes due to the fighting with Hamas in the south and Hezbollah in the north;
(2) help Jewish refugees fleeing from the war in Ukraine in 2022; and
(3) help recover from the damage caused by widespread forest fires in 2019.
