In a truly remarkable interview, Rabbi Leo Dee said that he does not hold any hate towards the terrorists who murdered his wife Lucy and two of his daughters, 20-year-old Maia and 15-year-old Rina, in Israel.
He also said the family are proud that Lucy has saved five lives in her death through organ donation, and that one of the recipients is an Arab - which is significant because Lucy was very much into peaceful relations with their neighbours.
And he rated Foreign Secretary James Cleverly on the level of Lord Balfour, calling his letter the ’Cleverly Declaration’ because of its unequivocal condemnation of violence and terrorism - a landmark statement in British dealings with the State of Israel.
