Jeff Ballabon, of the American Center for Law and Justice, travels regularly between the USA and Israel. He has high-level contacts in both countries and was dismayed at the Biden administration’s decision on Thursday 4th April to demand an immediate ceasefire and require Israel to devote more attention to humanitarian concerns in the Gaza Strip.
In an interview with CBN News’ Chris Mitchell, Ballabon described his reaction to Joe Biden’s phone conversation with Benjamin Netanyahu as one of pain and outrage, saying it was a very dark day not just in terms of US-Israel relations but also in terms of US relations with good and evil.
He voiced the concerns of many Americans with his view that the US government is effectively undermining Israel as it fights what appears to be an existential war with terrorist groups who are dedicated to its destruction, saying:
"What the Biden Administration is now doing is unconscionable
and no one is pretending that it’s about anything other
than the Democrats domestic political concerns.
America is now publicly turning its back on Israel
in its darkest time of need since its creation."
