Lawsuits Filed Against Pro-Hamas Groups in USA

In the wake of the widespread anti-Semitism seen on US colleges and universities, lawsuits have now been filed against two groups who are supposedly pro-Palestinian but are said to have close links with the Hamas terrorist group.

National Students for Justice in Palestine and American Muslims for Palestine are the subject of lawsuits filed on behalf of the families of Hamas massacre victims, survivors of the attack on the Nova music festival and Israelis who have been displaced from their homes due to the fighting.

The two groups are accused of acting in coordination with Hamas by working as propagandists and collaborators, producing a ‘tool kit’ for use by chapters across the United States, echoing the terminology and directives issued by Hamas. In this way, they are said to be driving the violence, incitement, and hatred that has been seen against Jewish students, as well as promoting Hamas ideology and justifying Hamas actions.
