The True Story of Mossad`s Fake Diving Resort
Secret missions, brazen deceptions and thrilling, clandestine operations - Red Sea Spies has it all. But it has something more important too - a genuine human mission that made a difference.
In the early 1980s on a remote part of the Sudanese coast, a new luxury resort opened for business. Yet little did holidaymakers know that the staff were undercover agents of Mossad, the Israeli secret service.
Offering water sports during the day and carrying out covert, highly risky operations by night, the agents evacuated thousand of Ethiopian Jews, who had already made a perilous trek of hundreds of miles on foot.
Writing in collaboration with the secret agents involved in the mission, Raffi Berg tells the complete, gripping tale in full for the first time.
